Delivery Policy

GPLinkIT — Premium Link Building Marketplace & SEO Management Software. Clear, trackable fulfillment guidelines for marketplace publishing placements and independent SEO software access.

Effective Date: October 13, 2026
Last Updated: October 13, 2026

Introduction

At GPLinkIT, we aim to make the delivery of guest post publishing services and SEO software access clear, trackable, and transparent.

GPLinkIT operates a marketplace connecting Buyers with eligible website Publishers and provides independent SEO management software for website owners, freelancers, and agencies. Because publishing placements and software memberships involve different processes, delivery methods and timelines vary according to the product or service purchased.

This Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, when publishing work begins, how published placements are verified, what constitutes delivery, and how we handle delays or incomplete services. It applies to eligible products and services purchased through GPLinkIT.

Please read this Policy alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Our Service Delivery Commitment

GPLinkIT aims to provide an organized and transparent fulfillment experience. Our delivery process focuses on:

  • Clear publishing requirements.
  • Verified payment status.
  • Appropriate Publisher assignment and acceptance.
  • Agreed placement specifications and trackable order progress.
  • Submission and review of live published URLs.
  • Access to relevant delivery records and responsive support.
We aim to process orders within estimated timelines. However, publishing schedules depend on the participating Publisher and editorial guidelines. We do not guarantee instant guest post publication or a universal delivery deadline for every website.

2. Order Placement and Payment Verification

Guest post placements and digital products are purchased through WooCommerce. Once submitted, orders reflect fulfillment stages such as:

Pending Payment
On Hold / Verifying
Payment Confirmed
Awaiting Buyer Requirements
Awaiting Acceptance
In Progress
Published / Under Review
Delivered / Completed
Cancelled / Refunded
Important: Submitting an order does not mean payment has been successfully received. For offline methods requiring manual verification, processing remains on hold until confirmed. Publishing assignments will not begin solely because a checkout order has been created.

3. Buyer Requirements and Content Submission

To complete a guest post placement, the Buyer must provide: destination URL, requested anchor text, article topic, article content or document link, editorial instructions, and link attributes.

Post-Purchase Requirements Intake:

GPLinkIT allows Buyers to purchase a placement before all editorial requirements are available. In that situation, the Buyer provides details through the post-purchase workflow.

If required information is missing, the order remains Awaiting Buyer Requirements even after payment has been verified. The Publisher is not expected to begin work until necessary instructions have been supplied.

Delays caused by incomplete instructions or inaccessible content documents extend the estimated delivery schedule accordingly.

4. Publisher Acceptance and Editorial Review

An approved marketplace listing does not mean every future article or order will automatically be accepted. Before publication, Publishers review: topic relevance, destination URL, anchor text, article quality, editorial suitability, and website-specific guidelines.

If a Publisher cannot accept an order, GPLinkIT will review alternative options: reasonable revisions, a mutually agreed alternative publisher website, or cancellation with an eligible refund under our Refund Policy. GPLinkIT will not require a Buyer to accept a materially different placement without agreement.

5. How Guest Post Publishing Works

A typical marketplace placement follows this clear 9-step fulfillment process:

1
Choose a Publisher Website: The Buyer selects a suitable publishing placement.
2
Place an Order: The Buyer completes checkout through WooCommerce.
3
Verify Payment: GPLinkIT confirms payment through the authorized gateway.
4
Complete Publishing Requirements: The Buyer provides target URL, anchor text, content, and instructions.
5
Publisher Assignment & Acceptance: The Publisher reviews scope and editorial requirements.
6
Article Preparation & Publication: The Publisher publishes the accepted article with link placement.
7
Submit Published URL: The Publisher submits the live URL for review.
8
GPLinkIT Delivery Review: Placement details and link presence are inspected against requirements.
9
Buyer Receives Delivery Details: Live URL and records become available in the Buyer Dashboard.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on the selected publisher website, publishing type, payment confirmation, editorial guidelines, and publisher schedules.

Service Delivery Timeline
Guest Post Publishing Estimated turnaround displayed or agreed for the selected publisher
Optional Article Writing According to the accepted writing scope and completion requirements
Supported Link Insertion According to the specific service agreement, if offered
Supported Homepage Advertising According to the agreed placement start date and duration, if offered
Supported Citation Services According to the agreed submission or publication scope, if offered
Free SEO Software Access According to the supported account registration and eligibility process
Paid SEO Membership After verified payment and successful entitlement activation
Custom Agency Membership According to the accepted quotation, payment, and activation terms

When Does the Guest Post Timeline Begin?

Turnaround is measured from the point when all three conditions are met:

  1. Payment has been verified.
  2. Required Buyer information has been provided.
  3. The assignment has been accepted by the Publisher.

Time spent waiting for missing instructions, required revisions, or Buyer approval pauses the delivery schedule. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.

Important Policy Note: GPLinkIT does not apply a universal 3–7-business-day delivery guarantee to all marketplace placements.

7. What Counts as a Delivered Guest Post?

A guest post placement is ordinarily considered delivered when the agreed article has been published on the selected website, is accessible through a live URL, contains the agreed backlink placement, has been submitted by the Publisher, and passed GPLinkIT delivery review.

Published Article URL

The live webpage address where the accepted article is published.

Backlink Placement

The agreed destination link and specified anchor text.

Publishing Record

Available details showing which publishing website fulfilled the order.

Order Status Record

Completed status reflected in the Buyer Dashboard.

Delivery does not guarantee indexing by search engines or permanent availability of external websites.

8. Multiple Placements and Bulk Orders

A Buyer may purchase multiple placements in a single order. Each involves a different Publisher, editorial review, and timeline. Completed placement URLs are released individually as completed without waiting for all items in the order.

If one placement cannot be completed, it is reviewed independently under our Refund Policy without invalidating other successfully delivered placements.

9. Content Approval, Changes and Revisions

Buyers should provide accurate instructions before publishing starts. Changes requested after Publisher acceptance or during article preparation may extend turnaround and incur additional fees. Once published, revisions depend on publisher policies. GPLinkIT does not guarantee unlimited free revisions.

10. Order Tracking and Delivery Communication

Buyers can track placement status, requirements intake, and published URLs through the Buyer Dashboard. Publishers use the Seller Dashboard to review assignments and submit URLs.

Email notification availability depends on active email configuration. Dashboard records remain the primary authoritative source of order information.

11. Delayed Deliveries

Delays may arise from incomplete buyer instructions, editorial revisions, publisher scheduling backlogs, website technical issues, or public holidays.

When delays occur, GPLinkIT provides updated timelines, opportunities to correct requirements, alternative publisher options, or cancellation with refund consideration where eligible. A delay does not automatically constitute completed delivery.

12. Publisher Rejection or Unavailable Websites

If a Publisher declines an assignment or a domain becomes unavailable, the Buyer may revise requirements, select an agreed replacement website, or request an eligible refund. Replacements will not be forced without Buyer agreement.

13. Post-Delivery Issues and Link Changes

If a delivered link is altered or removed, contact GPLinkIT with the order number and published URL. Where an order-specific retention guarantee was included, those guarantee terms will govern.

Important Policy Note: Unless expressly agreed, GPLinkIT does not provide a universal lifetime backlink guarantee or a fixed 12-month replacement guarantee.

14. SEO SaaS Membership Delivery

Unlike publishing placements, software memberships involve enabling digital feature access and usage limits. Free access activates upon registration; Pro membership activates upon verified payment; Agency access follows accepted quotations.

If an eligible payment is completed but membership features are not activated, contact support with the order reference for immediate entitlement synchronization.

15. SEO Software Features and Monitoring Results

GPLinkIT SEO software supports campaign organization, backlink record management, and manual link presence checking. Software access does not guarantee that external backlinks are permanent, indexed, or beneficial to rankings.

16. Refunds and Delivery Disputes

Delivery concerns and refund eligibility are related but separate matters. If a service was not delivered as agreed, outcomes may include correction, replacement, partial refund, or full refund under our Refund Policy.

17. Changes to This Delivery Policy

GPLinkIT may update this Delivery Policy as services evolve. The latest revision date is displayed at the top. Changes will not retroactively alter binding order terms already accepted.
