Refund Policy

GPLinkIT — Premium Link Building Marketplace & SEO Management Software. Transparent refund guidelines distinguishing between marketplace publishing orders, unfulfilled assignments, and SaaS software subscriptions.

Effective Date: October 13, 2026
Last Updated: October 13, 2026

Introduction

At GPLinkIT, we aim to provide transparent purchasing, clear service expectations, and fair handling of refund requests.

GPLinkIT operates a guest posting and link-building marketplace alongside independent SEO management software. Because these services involve different delivery processes, refund eligibility may vary depending on the product purchased, payment status, work completed, and applicable service terms.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available, when they may be limited, how requests are reviewed, and how approved refunds are processed. It applies to purchases made through GPLinkIT, including eligible publisher website placements, supported digital services, and paid SEO software memberships.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy. Nothing in this Policy limits refund, cancellation, or other statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. General Refund Principles

We review refund requests fairly based on the circumstances of the transaction. The following core principles apply:

  • Orders are evaluated against the services and deliverables agreed upon at purchase.
  • Refund eligibility depends on whether the order is unpaid, pending, in progress, published, completed, or cancelled.
  • Completed services are generally not refundable solely because a customer changes their mind.
  • If a service cannot be fulfilled as agreed, an appropriate refund, correction, or other lawful remedy may be available.
  • Partial refunds may be considered when only part of an agreed service has been delivered.
  • Payment reversals, refunds, and credits must be recorded through the appropriate financial process.

We encourage customers to contact us promptly when they discover an issue so that we can review it while relevant information is available.

2. Guest Post Orders — When Refunds May Be Available

A guest post order involves a publishing placement on an eligible third-party website. Refunds may be available in circumstances such as:

2.1 Publisher Cannot Fulfill the Order

If the selected publisher website cannot complete the agreed placement, and no acceptable alternative is agreed upon, the affected undelivered service amount may qualify for a refund. Examples include:

  • The website is no longer available for the purchased placement.
  • The Publisher cannot publish the agreed type of content.
  • The Publisher declines an otherwise eligible assignment after purchase.
  • The placement becomes unavailable before delivery.

GPLinkIT may suggest another suitable website, but a materially different replacement will not be imposed without the Buyer's agreement.

2.2 Order Cancelled Before Work Begins

A Buyer may request cancellation before publishing or other chargeable fulfillment work begins. Where no non-recoverable work has been performed and no valid non-refundable commitment has been incurred, the eligible payment may be refunded.

2.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery

If a published placement materially differs from the accepted order requirements, the Buyer may request a review. Examples include missing destination links, wrong anchor text, publication on a different unapproved domain, or incorrect link attributes.

Where practical, GPLinkIT will first coordinate a correction with the Publisher. If it cannot be corrected, an appropriate partial or full refund may be considered.

2.4 Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If a customer is charged twice for the same transaction or an incorrect amount is collected, GPLinkIT will review payment records and arrange an appropriate correction or refund.

3. Cancellation After Publishing Work Begins

Once a Publisher has accepted an assignment, started article preparation, or begun another agreed chargeable activity, cancellation may become subject to additional restrictions. GPLinkIT will consider:

  • The amount of work already completed.
  • Whether writing or editorial services were separately purchased.
  • Whether the Publisher has incurred legitimate non-recoverable costs.
  • Whether publication or another deliverable has already been completed.
If the service has not been fully delivered, a partial refund may be appropriate after accounting for valid, documented work and costs. GPLinkIT will not apply arbitrary cancellation deductions solely because a refund has been requested.

4. Completed and Published Guest Posts

A guest post placement is generally considered delivered when the agreed publishing work has been completed and the corresponding live published article URL has been provided.

Completed and conforming guest post placements are generally non-refundable.

A Buyer will not automatically qualify for a refund merely because:

  • They no longer want the published backlink.
  • Their marketing strategy has changed or they chose another Publisher.
  • The content receives fewer visitors than expected.
  • Search engine rankings do not improve.

6. No Refund Guarantee for SEO Results

Guest post publishing and backlink services do not guarantee particular search engine outcomes. Refunds are not automatically available merely because of changes in:

Google or search engine rankings
Search engine indexing or caching
Organic search traffic changes
Domain Authority (DA) or DR scores
Keyword rankings or visibility
Business leads, conversions, or sales

We evaluate service delivery according to the agreed publishing requirements, not an expectation of guaranteed algorithmic performance.

7. Optional Content Writing and Additional Services

Marketplace orders may include optional article writing or editorial preparation. Refund eligibility depends on completion status:

Before Work Begins

If cancelled before chargeable writing work starts, the service qualifies for a full refund.

Partial Completion

A partial refund may be considered after accounting for valid non-recoverable costs.

After Completion

Completed writing is non-refundable solely for change of mind. Corrections may be requested.

8. SEO SaaS Membership Refunds

SEO management software memberships (Free, Pro, Agency) are independent commercial offerings separate from marketplace guest post purchases:

8.1 Free Membership

Free access does not involve a paid membership charge; no monetary refund is associated.

8.2 Paid Pro Membership

Refund eligibility depends on payment verification, activation, whether features were available as agreed, and mandatory cancellation rights. A membership does not automatically qualify for a refund solely because the customer decided not to use the software.

8.3 Agency Membership

Governed by the terms disclosed and agreed in the individually approved service agreement.

8.4 Cancellations and Renewals

Cancelling stops future renewals. Automatic recurring charges apply only where explicitly authorized. Unapproved duplicate renewal charges will be promptly investigated and remedied.

8.5 Membership Access After a Refund

Upon approval of a membership refund, premium entitlements revert to the Free tier, and customer campaign data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

9. Refunds for Payment Errors and Failed Transactions

WooCommerce records product purchases, payment status, refunds, and related order details. A checkout order marked Pending Payment or On Hold does not indicate that GPLinkIT has received funds.

If payment was never collected, the appropriate action is cancellation of the unpaid order rather than a monetary refund. If funds were collected but the order remains incorrectly recorded, we will review gateway records and arrange a prompt correction.

10. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be considered where only part of a multi-item order cannot be delivered, some placements succeed while others fail, or an optional service was partially completed.

Example: If a Buyer orders three separate publishing placements and only two are delivered, the undelivered placement will be reviewed independently rather than automatically cancelling the entire multi-item order.

11. Refund Methods

When a refund is approved, GPLinkIT determines the method according to the original transaction, payment provider capabilities, and law:

Original Payment Method

Returned to the original card, bank account, or digital wallet. Payment providers may require additional processing time.

GPLinkIT Account Credit

Where the customer agrees and the platform supports it, account credit may be offered for future eligible purchases. It is not an automatic replacement for a mandatory cash refund.

Manual Payment Refunds

For offline bank transfers, verification info will be requested to return funds securely to the original payer.

12. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an unfulfilled order, contact GPLinkIT through our Contact Page or support channels. Please include:

  1. Your WooCommerce order number.
  2. The email address associated with the purchase.
  3. The relevant publisher website or membership plan.
  4. A clear explanation of the issue with supporting screenshots or URLs.
  5. The published article URL (for guest post delivery claims).
  6. Your preferred resolution (correction, replacement, or refund).
Never send passwords or complete payment card numbers through support messages.

13. Refund Review and Decision

GPLinkIT will review the order details, placement terms, publisher communications, and delivery evidence. Possible outcomes include:

Approved Refund: Full eligible amount initiated.
Partial Refund: Proportionate portion for undelivered items.
Correction / Rework: Delivery issue resolved by Publisher.
Alternative Placement: Different domain agreed by Buyer.
Information Required: Pending necessary evidence.
Refund Declined: Claim outside policy with stated reason.

14. Refund Processing Times

Once a refund is approved, we initiate the process through the respective payment gateway. Processing times vary by gateway: credit cards and bank transfers typically require several business days depending on bank network procedures and currency conversions.

Internal approval is not the same as confirmed receipt of funds by the customer. Any legally mandated refund deadlines take precedence.

15. Seller Earnings, Refunds and Payment Disputes

Seller earnings are tied to confirmed payment, publishing completion, delivery review, and settlement conditions. If an order is refunded or cancelled, unsettled Seller earnings may be adjusted accordingly.

We will not automatically impose unapproved commission deductions or financial clawbacks without considering contractual terms, transaction evidence, and legal requirements.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact GPLinkIT first so payment concerns can be reviewed promptly. When a chargeback is filed, GPLinkIT will submit order records and verified live delivery URLs to the payment provider.

We may temporarily hold disputed transactions while under investigation to prevent duplicate refunds or unauthorized activity.

17. Changes to This Refund Policy

GPLinkIT may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in marketplace operations, payment gateways, or legal requirements. Updated policies will display a revised date. Changes will not retroactively alter rights established under completed transactions.
