Terms of Service

For clarity, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you to use paid GPLinkIT services. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activities performed through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Notify GPLinkIT through our official support channels immediately if you become aware of unauthorized account access. Account access may be restricted where there is a legitimate security concern, suspected fraud, or a material violation of these Terms.

GPLinkIT offers two independent service categories:

Buyers are responsible for selecting suitable publishing opportunities and reviewing the applicable listing information before purchasing. When required for a guest post order, Buyers must provide accurate and appropriate:

• Destination or target URLs.
• Requested anchor text.
• Article content or document links.
• Article topics and editorial instructions.
• Relevant publication requirements and necessary fulfillment details.

Buyers must have the legal right to submit the content, images, trademarks, links, and other materials included in their orders. Submitted content must not violate applicable law, intellectual property rights, or the publisher's disclosed editorial requirements.

Sellers must own, control, or be duly authorized to offer publishing services on every website they submit. By submitting a publisher website, a Seller represents that the relevant information is provided in good faith and that they have the authority needed to perform the proposed publishing services.

Sellers must not submit websites they do not control or misrepresent traffic, authority metrics, publishing availability, or editorial conditions. A website submission does not create an automatic right to marketplace approval, public listing, orders, or payment.

GPLinkIT may review submitted publisher websites before allowing them to appear as purchasable marketplace listings. Review processes may include ownership verification, website information checks, editorial suitability, and administrative moderation.

Website approval is not a certification or guarantee of future traffic, rankings, search engine metrics, link permanence, or revenue. Third-party metrics, including Domain Authority, Domain Rating, and estimated traffic, may be supplied by publishers or external data sources and may change over time.

Marketplace orders are processed through GPLinkIT's applicable WooCommerce purchase system. The checkout process collects customer identity, contact, billing, and payment information needed to process the order.

Order submission does not itself establish that payment has been received. An order may remain pending or on hold until the selected payment method is completed and payment is verified. GPLinkIT may delay fulfillment until both payment and necessary order requirements are confirmed.

Marketplace product prices are shown or confirmed during the applicable purchasing process. Prices may vary between publisher websites based on niche, publishing conditions, placement specifications, availability, and other relevant factors.

GPLinkIT may change the price of a future placement or service without retroactively changing the amount charged for a completed order. If a material pricing or availability change affects an order before fulfillment, the Buyer will be informed of available options, including revised terms or eligible cancellation.

Payments are handled through WooCommerce and authorized payment gateways. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is subject to a chargeback, we may place the related service on hold. GPLinkIT does not treat an unpaid or unverified order as proof of completed payment.

Guest post fulfillment depends on the selected Publisher, agreed placement terms, payment verification, and completeness of the Buyer's publishing requirements.

Delivery generally consists of the agreed publishing service and an accessible published article URL containing the link placement specified in the accepted order terms.

GPLinkIT and participating Publishers may review submitted content for compliance with applicable publishing requirements. Content may be rejected, returned for revision, or declined when it is:

• Illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Inconsistent with applicable publisher editorial policies.
• Designed to distribute malware or support unlawful activity.
• Materially different from the accepted order specifications.

Publishers retain editorial responsibility for material appearing on websites they operate. A Publisher's acceptance of content does not transfer responsibility for the accuracy or legality of statements supplied by the Buyer.

Publisher websites are independently owned and operated. After publication, an external website owner may change the article, link attributes, site design, hosting, ownership, editorial policy, or website availability.

GPLinkIT aims to maintain clear order and delivery records, but it cannot guarantee permanent third-party publication or continued availability of every backlink. If a published placement is removed or materially changed, the Buyer may contact GPLinkIT with the order reference.

GPLinkIT provides publishing opportunities and SEO management tools, not guaranteed search engine outcomes. We do not guarantee:

SEO outcomes depend on numerous external factors, including website quality, content relevance, competition, search engine algorithmic updates, and decisions by independent third parties.

Publisher earnings depend on the final commercial terms agreed between GPLinkIT and the relevant Seller. GPLinkIT does not apply a universal fixed Seller payout percentage unless such a rate has been expressly approved and communicated as part of the applicable agreement.

Publishing a guest post does not necessarily mean that payment will be settled immediately. Seller earnings may be subject to: confirmed Buyer payment, completion of assigned publishing work, submission of the correct published URL, delivery review, and resolution of eligible disputes.

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate settlement information and complying with applicable tax obligations.

GPLinkIT provides independent SEO software for eligible account holders. Depending on the available features and selected plan, the software supports: campaign creation, backlink record management, external backlink entry, manual link checks, anchor text inspection, and workspace reports.

Automated checks, live search ranking tracking, and external API integrations are not included unless expressly available in the relevant feature description. GPLinkIT may impose reasonable usage limits to protect platform availability.

GPLinkIT may offer Free, Pro, Agency, or other approved membership plans with defined limits and features:

Marketplace orders and software memberships have distinct cancellation and refund conditions. The applicable Refund Policy and order-specific terms govern refund eligibility.

Once an order is actively being fulfilled, cancellation or changes may be restricted depending on work already performed. Published placements are not automatically refundable merely because the Buyer did not achieve desired SEO results.

GPLinkIT may offer account credits, coupons, or promotional benefits where those capabilities are enabled. A displayed promotional offer does not create an entitlement to cash withdrawal or a permanent discount.

Where wallet or deposit features are unavailable, users should not assume that GPLinkIT maintains a withdrawable stored-value account. Separate Seller settlement balances are not equivalent to Buyer promotional credits or software membership benefits.

GPLinkIT's branding, software, website design, interfaces, proprietary documentation, and platform content are owned by GPLinkIT or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected platform materials without authorization.

Users retain their rights in lawfully submitted content. By submitting content for an order, a Buyer grants GPLinkIT and the assigned Publisher the limited rights reasonably necessary to review, format, edit as agreed, and publish that content. Submitting private SEO campaign data does not transfer ownership of customer projects to GPLinkIT.

Users must strictly refrain from engaging in prohibited conduct on the platform, including:

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including holding orders, restricting access, or referring unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

Our Privacy Policy explains the collection, use, sharing, retention, and protection of personal information.

Buyer billing records, private order requirements, Seller verification information, and private SaaS campaign records are handled according to applicable permissions. Public marketplace listings should not be confused with confidential account data. Users must not disclose another party's confidential information obtained through the platform.

We aim to provide a reliable marketplace and software experience. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed due to scheduled maintenance, hosting failures, gateway outages, security events, publisher downtime, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Material changes that adversely affect an active paid service will be handled subject to the applicable agreement and mandatory legal obligations. Temporary interruptions do not constitute a failure of an independently operated publisher website.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GPLinkIT's services are provided subject to specific commitments stated in applicable orders and otherwise on an "as available" basis.

GPLinkIT does not control independent search engines or every action taken by third-party Publishers. To the extent permitted by law, GPLinkIT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

GPLinkIT may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious Terms violations, fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity. Where appropriate and legally required, notice and opportunity to remedy will be provided.

Termination does not automatically erase existing payment records, completed orders, legal obligations, or properly accrued contractual rights. Unresolved refunds or confirmed Seller earnings will be handled according to applicable agreements.

GPLinkIT may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, marketplace policies, membership systems, payment arrangements, or applicable laws. The current version will be displayed with an updated revision date.

Changes will not automatically rewrite completed transactions or previously accepted order terms. If you disagree with revised Terms, you may stop using the affected services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, subject to mandatory rights and legal protections that apply to users in relevant locations.

If a disagreement arises concerning marketplace services, publisher assignments, payments, memberships, or platform access, we encourage the parties to contact GPLinkIT first and provide relevant order references and supporting information to achieve an amicable resolution.
